This is a Town Hall Alternative model with the addition of 2 stair pieces. The first floor is the main lobby room and it has a parking lot with guard shack outside. The second floor is a break room for the employees. The third level has an office and a secretary's desk.

superb piece! I love the reversed fenders, and other nice touches I can t write about because of part description, lol, I d love that town hall, it reminds me my interiors as I leave the studs to animate! |

Awesome job! I'm curious, all the pieces from the set are used in this or do you need additional pieces not included in the set. I have the set unopened and am thinking of building this instead. |
