I'm so pleased to find out that I'm not the only one with out a plan, most of the fun is trying to make it all fit together and work. this is a really interesting scale and I should be ammazed at how much detail you manage to capture, but your work speaks for it's self.

Hi CyberFrank, sorry, I just noticed your note. I don't have a standard and don't use baseplates (that often). My roads are brick built which adds more flexibility - which, adds more realism in my view. The size of my buildings and building lots vary widely. I honestly never think about them as a group. Just individual buildings that I'll later figure out how to piece together into a layout.

it looks great! since they re not the same width, it s going to be hard to fit your layout, surely you must have planned this, whats your standard? in my city I only use 2 sizes, green base plates and grey, it s quite easy to plan, do you have more than 2 sizes of location spaces?
