Ding, ding, ding! Thanks, David. You are the first person to pick that out. That very thing gave me the chuckles when I finished it. I wanted to make it more of a power suit, but it was for the fifty pieces contest and I couldn't do it under those rules. I figured if Doctor Otto Octavius could carry around four monstrous mechanical arms, certainly my exterminator could heft this thing around for a little while. And, David...It's LEGO. Play along, will ya;)

Looks like you could wander along, happily frying everything in your path if you were wearing this. Just one quibble, how strong would your legs have to be to carry it? :)

Thanks for the comment, Joe. I joke about my age, but I feel like I am in the prime of my life. As far as LEGO is concerned, I don't know about you, but I have been plagued all my life with what I call, "creativity attacks." During these "attacks," I HAVE TO create something, and if I don't, I get a little restless. I haven't found anything to consistently dump my time into until I rediscovered LEGO. I can't tell you how much I'm enjoying my "mid life lego crisis," (I love that term, by the way), and I'm pretty sure I'll be doing this for many years to come, with or without MOCpages.

50 pieces very well used in my opinion. I love this, it reminds me of the big guns the marines have in Aliens (Alien 2) but twice the power. Hilarious that you say Centurions, because that was one one of my favorite cartoons and toys as a kid. It was also one of the inspirations for this piece. That and ghostbusters. I thought about making other attachments for the equipment, but this was for a 50 piece contest.

Sweet! This reminds me of a 1980s cartoon called "Centurions" The main characters linked up with various equipment packs to handle different situations. Some of them had the big guns like your "Exterminator" here. Nice greebling on the back. Looks solid all around, and highly intimidating.

Thanks for the score. Actually, he's balanced pretty well. He stands on his own. I used the plate to help him stand on the sheet that I use for background on my pics.

overall very nice. Oh and btw i have been working out thanks for noticing! 4/5 only because it was a little to bulky in the back. It just looked like he was off balance with the size ratio. Other than that it is excellent and the shapes are constructed with percision.

Ah ha. Thanks for the constructive criticism. Unfortunately, there are a lot of things I would have liked to have done to this one, though the piece rule prevented it. I am planning on trying to work this one a bit further, though I must say, the little voice in my head is OCD, and will insist on symmetry.

Hmmm, for 50 Bricks, this is pretty solid of a design, though if I were you, I would have made each gun slightly different, for more appeal. Nice work on this, good luck with the contest.

Thanks a lot Grant. I always appreciate your comments. After I took the shot of all the pieces together, I put him back together because I am planning on seeing what I can do if I flesh this one out. Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm way ahead of you. You ruined the surprise, though;)

I must commend you on the small parts count. I to tend to get carried away when the little stuff can sometimes turn out quite nice. This little bugger is well armed, nicely built, and very neat. After the contest is over, I would actually be interested in seeing what you could do if you tried to make it more of an exo-skeleton with legs and a window over the minifig maybe. Just an interesting thought. As usual, your creations are fun to look at. And that comment for the judges made me laugh, so extra kudos for that.

Thanks, David. I hope I do score high. It is small, but I decided to go with small pieces and try to make a detailed work. I had fun, but I don't know how it measures up to your squirrel. The minifig legs for ears is nothing shy of brilliant.

I knew I could rely on you to produce a great 50 piece MOC. It may be a tiny MOC, but it's one big gun for that little mini-fig. I'd be really surprised if you didn't score highly for this.
