About your group... yes, about that. Hmm. You have said that HF replaced Bionicle for absolutely no reason. There actually are plenty of reasons. First of all, the story was so convoluted that anybody who tried to get into Bionicle was too confused and didn't understand it, turning away potential customers. Also for a similar reason, sales were falling. HF had been planned, actually, for a while before Bio ended. Where other much larger and more organized groups that actually have connections to the Lego company have not (yet) succeeded, why do you think your group will be any different? By 'trying to take the internet by storm' as you have said, you will likely only cause confusion and anger. I'm sorry. All of that said I do hope that Lego brings back Bionicle, but on their own terms and when they are ready, in a long time from now- not so soon after it ended, with thousands of angered fans just waiting to tear down TLG for making what must've been considered a smart but difficult business decision. Only time will tell. I'd continue my rant but it would be wasted time and effort, as I see you are set on campaigning for Bionicle's return.
As a sort of parting shot, allow me to say this- if Bionicle returned, it would almost definitely use primarily Hero Factory pieces, and be all the more simple and unlike its former self. Knowing this, which you no doubt do, is your opinion at all changed?
ok first off. i didnt say it was replaced for no reason i said it was replace because another group developed ball joint armor and parts. which ment less parts to work with for the same price which it ultimately cheaper than a bionicle build. im not saying the story was confusing or not im just saying there couldve been a better way to end the series. and my attempt to get Legos attention isnt to take it down. its to give an idea of what the people there selling there products to really want in there lego sets! i dont mean to offend you in any way im just saying whats the harm in trying. |

Jimmy I meant, the way your blade attaches to the handle, Do you know anything about Bladesmithing?
yes i know about that and im just beginning to sword projects. but i do know what you mean by a rat tail joint. i just recently read into it. as far as my handle being poorly mounted i do agree with you it is poorly mounted because it is still being prepped for a solid weld. but i dont have a welder so i have to take my soldering iron and place some acid core solder on the handle so i can heat up a rod in a fire so i can melt it in properly. the acid core solder does bont to the metal on the hand guard so it will be able to bond to the handle as well. |

Don't take this the wrong way, but that "Ninjato" is made very badly, I wouldn't hit anything with it if I were you, your likely to get hurt.
