"This is SCED (Stud county emergency dispatch) to all units in stud county. We a have an MVA involving 3 vehicles on North street in NorBrick Southbound. Following units respond: Ladder 3, Squad 2, SCEMS rescue 2, MedLink medic 20, SCEMS supervisor 1, SCEMS heavy rescue 1, MedLink fly car 20 and LAFD Light rescue 1 and Medlink spec ops (don't know number) respond for mutual aid." On 10/04/12, a 3 vehicle MVA occurred on North street, just outside of NorBrick. A car swerved into a bus, and the car flipped, and then a motorcycle hit the rear of the bus. The bus driver was badly shaken up, but not injured. The car driver has to be extracted from the wreckage of his car, and was taken to stud county regional hospital. He suffered a broken neck, fractured skull and 2 broken legs. The motorcyclist had a fractured skull and a broken arm, and was also taken to stud county regional hospital. Police decided that it was caused by a lack of concentration from the car driver, and he will be fined 300$ when he recovers.
