The Great Wall
The Great Wall of China ()
About this creation

Please support my Cuusoo project

The most interesting and iconic characteristics of the great wall is not only its length, but also its beautiful curve. In most great wall mocs I've seen, the curve is missing. So I want to be able to capture both of these characteristics.

Battlements and watchtowers line the wall. In my design every one is slightly different.

Can you see the Great Wall from space?

It can be broken into 9 pieces.

Pieces 1 and 9 can also be connected. So the wall can be rebuilt in different ways.

If you get multiple copies, you can elongate your wall. With enough copies, maybe you'll be able to recreate the whole thing. ;)

Quoting Elizabeth Harrison Is there any chance we could get instructions or pieces needed?
Believe or not, this is a pretty big model in terms of piece count. I don't have time to put together an instruction for it.

Very nice rendition of the Great Wall on a clear day! On a foggy day it would just look like piece #1... Love it!

Man, what a sweet, nifty little build! Like you, I'm not too big on CUUSOO (the Minecraft project soured it for me), but if you do put it on the site, I'll give it my vote :)

I know cuusoo. I'm a bit skeptical about it. I somehow don't believe the lego community can get anything over 10000 votes, without the backing of another community like mindcraft. Even with the backing of all of the major lego fansites, the wildwest idea barely got 5000 votes. But I'll do it later when I have more time just for kicks.
