Ssssssolid, m8! Love those legs and that custom head. Cheers! |

Louise had it painted after Nell Gwyn became more popular. Ultramarine blue was used beause it was the most expensive pigment in history.

Wow nice model i like it overal but i think it would look better without the chainsword which i think lets it down. Maybe just a bolter? |

It's cool, but if you are going to start modeling, with paint and such, why not take it all the way and build a really cool model instead of a fragile hybrid Lego? Too painted for me. |

Great job, but did you just modify the buzz lightyear head or make a entirely new one? |

*slowly looks over at his figurines, slowly looks back at the screen.* So, doing this, you of course realize, has mad anyone who's ever played warhammer, want to immediatly play warhammer, right this very second, right? Time to murder some Orks. |

I've never had the chance to play any table top, but we often used GW figs for our rewritten version of Hero Quest, with extended rules and homemade playboards. Anyway, this is spot on. What a cool idea. |

Breathtaking! Love the whole thing! I've not seen a better done Ultramarine in LEGO. Great work, absolutely great! As you can see, I might be a bit biased... lol. -Ultramarine |

Impressive rendition from one of my favorite genres. I like the sculpting job on the face - gets an old-school WH40K look going. Chapter markings are well-executed and seem clean enough to enhance this impression. Bolt gun is cool, and I'm really diggin' the chainsword. Solid 5/5. - Huss Q. |

I was already amazed by this guy when I saw it in the BrickJournal, and even if I usually don't rate MOCs with custom parts, I just have to make an exception for this amazing Ultra Marine (besides, you molded the new head over the Buzz Lightyear head, which is also not that veratile, so yeah). Anyway, this guy is AWESOME! |

How did you make the face? |
|
|
WarHammer designers are skillfully a cut above I dare say, though I think Lego designers would be far better problem solvers in general. This is a sweet rendition dude. I scracth built a Bane Blade once - before they released one - out of Balsa wood, and remembered wishing I had Lego to do one with. Maybe one day...
Sick build. |

This is an amazingly accurate representation of a Space Marine. Wow! Not sure I can see TLG wanting to associate the brand with Warhammer 40k's ultra-violent dystopia, but good luck with the CUUSOO build anyway! I'd vote for it if I could only get the registration to work... |

Awesome! The feet look a little too long-ish from the side, but it might just be the perspective. I voted on cuusoo for it.
Also not a huge fan of Ultramarines chapter. Night Lords all the way! But any chapter is better than none! |

Quoting Rahkshi Party
The figure is very good, but I lego will probably not support it, Warhammer 4K is extremely dark in some places and I doubt lego would make such a theme, same reason why they haven't made a halo theme yet. Megablocks do not care as much, but Lego does.
I'm not suggesting a play theme for exactly that reason - however a series of sculptures for adult fans such as this? It's pretty close to UCS Star wars sets!
