A single acting steam engine
About this creation
This is a single acting steam engine of 38cc with a valve gear similar to the early diesel steam engine. It work well at low speed, 60 rpm at 1 Atm, to a maximum of 460 rpm at a pressure of 4 atm.

In my brickshelf folder you can find a video to see this engine working.

Quoting Hayden Spinney Hey just a question when are you going to start making new engines?
Soon! Now I'm drilling the inlet of my pneumatic cylinder to 2mm...

Steamengine's out of lego, cool, but how does it work, I mean, steam is 100Degrees Celcius, and LEGO can only handle 40 Degrees Celcius? Go on building, I like it.
