Just another wierd moc. He was done around the same time as my Toa Suit MkIII but I never uploaded him then so I'm doin it now. And yes, he does look like the witchdoctor who was in-fact the inspiration for this guy. He's nowhere near my best work but I do like his frill.

Wished I liked that inverted mask as much as I LOVE the rest of this MOC, weapons, and theme. Still, your MOC, your call. Love that body design and the corona of spikey arms around the collar. Cheers!
