Wow. This is awesome. Normally, blood is represented by laying a bunch of 1X1's around. I like how the blood is running away from the corpses and you used tiles for it. The red leg you used is also very convincing. What may be the most impressive part, however, is the room's view. I have been toying with a microscale sci fi city myself and I love how yours turned out. Great work.
