Impressive work! I love the three piece suite. The fire place is just wonderful! The idea for the curtain is ingenious! And of course, the floor makes the whole thing look much more realistic! If I tried to name all the things I like about this, I'd have to write a novel! :P So, anyway, great work Paula! I can't wait to see more!
Thank you! The three piece suite and curtains that I originally made were very basic so after a good parts rummage I found the pieces that I needed to create some cosy looking furnishings - really happy with how they turned out :)

My girlfriend said straight: only a woman touch can build this! We remained speechless watching your living room. What struck me the most, besides the impressive work of design, is the feeling you improved your technics since the kitchen. From the armchairs to the curtains, from the Hi-Fi stuffs to the home cinema... even the green plant is so well thought.
Please, don't stop until you reach the third level... (I'm kidding!!) A tremendous work!!

Wow. A beautiful room, built with such care and attention to detail. I love the scale of this - you can do so much more and you are proving just how much can be done. Incredible! |

Your curtains are great. Very strange looking at this having just returned from the stressful experience that is Ikea. I prefer your interior design :)
Thank you David! Shopping for the home is always a stressful experience-chill out with some LEGO :) |

Hmm, nice house building that you've got there, Paula G. By the way, do you have this house built with LEGO minifigs in mind or is it for something bigger like the later Belville sets, Scala, or the new Friends line? I'm just curious as to what kind of scale that your house is and by the way, nice detailing on the house, too. However, if there is one thing that the living room needs, it's a video game console. If you don't have one, then please be kind and add it to your entertainment center, okay? Thank you.
Hi Jesse, Thank you! It isn't minifig scale more dolls house :) I made a playstation but the size of the pads looked ridiculous - I'll come back to it :) |
