Special thanks go to you David and your better half, for the green 32x32 baseplate which had to wait so long to fulfill its noble purpose.

Those bushes with the yellow flowers are meant to look like broom.


The low, dense growth could be brambles.


To bring in some more colours, I've added some white flowers. They result rather from aesthetic reasons then from natural examples.


The tree brought its very own little problems with it. It turned out quite difficult to place the branches and the leaves by hand. That looked much easier on the screen.
Over all, I'm quite satisfied with how the plants turned out.




Now, that's some pile of green stuff.


Even Spartans have to relax form time to time.
As part of a table-top landscape the hill would be more an obstacle than scene of the battle itself, but the strategic value is even.


When the warm summer-sun is shining it might be a nice place for a walk.
