Develeped in secret under the codename 'Project Blacklight', This Armored Trooper Unit is meant to serve as a trump card on the battlefield. It earned the name 'Tyrfing' from the regular ground troops, who call it by that name as every time it is used, it kills what ever it goes against. Small and lightweight, this unit is very versatile an any envrionment, excelling in urban areas. Various hard points on the unit allows it to equip various Modules to suit the needs of the mission it is on.

Assault Module:
This module consists of:
1x AR-450 25mm Assault Rifle
1x Titanium alloy/Ceramic composite Tactical Shield
2x 'Hornet' Missile Launchers (Optional x1)
An overall standard equipment module for the Tyrfing, the assault rifle is a good mid to long range weapon, and generally all rounded for any situation.

Recon Module:
Contains:
1x SR-470 105mm Sniper Rifle
1x RD-01/LUNAR Radar Unit
1x Long Range Optical Sensor (Rated at 8700 meters)
2x 'Longbow' High Speed Missile Launchers (Optional)
This module is used when the situation calls for it that the Tyrfing should not be in the middle of a battle, and instead attacking from the sidelines, staying out of attention. The high powered rifle combined with the LROS attachment results in pin-point accuracy; exceptional for something of that size.
Recon Module equipped, 'Hunter' Camo paint-scheme
Inflitrator Module
Contains:
1x AR-500 20mm Suppressed Tactical Rifle
1x Monomolecular Cutter
1x ECS-02/MIRAGE Electronic Countermeasure Unit
2x 'Hornet' Missile Launcher (Optional)
As the name suggests, this module is used for stealth missions. Thus, staying undetected is the main priority. However, this would mean a significant decrease in firepower. This is compensated by the Electronic Countermeasure Unit equipped on the Tyrfing's back. This inteeferes with other radars to make it seem that the Tyrfing is, in fact, invisible.

Working with the hinges weren't too hard, it's finding the correct pose that was. It seems that I'm the only one who remembered about the contest, though :/ |
