This is the Covenant Shade Stationary Gun Turret Emplacement from the PC and Xbox game Halo - Combat Evolved.

Probably one of the best of my original Halo 1 creations, the Shade Turret
was posted 11/14/2003.
One thing I aimed for on this model was giving it full maneuverability. It
can turn in every direction and point both up and down, without having to
remove and reattach anything.
Unfortunately, though it's always tempting to hop in one, the Shade is one
of the most useless things in the original Halo. The blasts are relatively
weak and extremely slow. No good against vehicles or infantry really.
Sure, this guy managed to take down ONE grunt... but the other one is
getting ready to lob him with a sticky grenade, and then he's history!
Always happens when using the Shade...
The Shade. Mine might be too big, but I still think it looks pretty cool.

if u dont like the color why dont u go 2 hobby lobby & by paint thats wat i do i dont need no lables(urs are awsome tho) u should see my chief wen i put it on!the shade looks good tho. |

Excellent, There is nothing I could find wrong or not accurate. The turret is awesome, and the size is large but it is large in the game. I agree it's pretty useless in the game. Please rate my creations and review them. Please e-mail me any tips you have for me.

Make the legs on the gunner longer so its proportional? All your covenant stuff will look so much better in purple but too bad legos don't make that many purple bricks. |
