My first set review so please be soft with the comments. :D
About this creation

Here we have Lucius Malfoy, the bad guy of this set. He has some nice from printing, although I could have done with some more detail.

On the opposite side of his head, he has his Death Eater mask. I really love the look of this, it has some great details on it. (Note there is NO back printing on Lucius, the only figure in this set with no back printing.)

Here we have Dobby, the main attraction to this set. He has a hard plastic molded head which is a nice, sturdy piece. H For fronting he has a tattered pillow-case for a shirt.

Back printing. Pretty nice, even though it's simple.

Here we have Harry himself. Nothing too special about him, just the standard Harry. I do like his sweater though.

Harry's back printing and other face, a more determined look.

Here is the crappy little scene for the set. Nothing special about it at all. It includes a gimmick that is suppose to push Lucius off the platform, but I didn't even bother showing it because it is so lame.

Here's the instruction booklet.

All in all, this is a decent little set. I would personally only get it for the minifigs, but if you really can't live without the craptastic archway, then by all means spend the $11.99 on this set.
