M4A1
The Colt M4A1 was first produced in 1994. The M4A1 is a shorter, more compact version of its predecessor, the M16. My lego version has many working features. It has a working trigger, working charging handle, fire selector, removable magazine, magazine lock, retractable stock, and attachments. You can also separate the barrel and the stock from the main body and switch them for an M16 barrel and stock. I will be posting the M16 version as a separate MOC though. This took me a while to build, and after it was built I had to make many modifications to it. I'm very pleased with the outcome, and hope to build larger guns in the future.
About this creation

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My M4

Main Body. Here you can see the fire selector, which I really like. It's the one one the bottom right.

Here's the tactical rail. This rail design is perfect for attaching things. I doesn't have so much grip that you can't get anything off without breaking it, but it has enough so things stay on securely.

The handle. I had a lot of trouble designing this at first, but after about 3 or 4 different designs, I finally got this one. I got the idea for it from Cole Edmonson's M16.

Here's the barrel. This was relatively easy to design, and I like how it turned out.

I loved this flash suppressor design too, which I also got from Cole Edmonson's M16.

This stock was also relatively easy to design. With all of the other people who have designed working stocks here on MOCpages, it was really easy to make one.

Stock position 2

Stock position 3

And here's a picture of it halfway between positions 1 and 2.

And here is the stock separated.

Now here's the other side of the gun.

The dust cover opens to reveal a bullet.

When you pull the charging handle, the bullet goes back. The charging handle doesn't have any spring to it though, there was too much friction.

The magazine. I really like how I made this. This is my first gun to have a working magazine lock.

You have to press this button in order for it to come out.

And here it is out of the gun. Its a different bullet than the one in the chamber. I'm not that good...

Rear iron sight.

Front iron sight.

ADS. sorry that the front sight is blurry, but I couldn't get it to focus correctly.

Now the attachments. (left to right) Grip, ACOG sight, Hybrid sight, Heartbeat Sensor, Laser light, and a flashlight.

The grip. It's the same one as my Uzi's, but with a few modifications.

This is the top of it. It stays on really well, but also comes off relatively easy too.

And here it is on the gun.

Next is my ACOG. This sight, however, is not the same one from the Uzi, I took that one a part and made this one. This one is a little better designed than my old one.

Here's the top of it.

And here it is on the gun.

This is what it looks like when you look through it. I really like how those engine looking pieces had the Technic holes in them, it worked out perfect for the cross hairs.

Ah, now for the Hybrid sight, made famous by MW3. I really really love this sight. It does work. You can flip the scope part to the side if you just want to look through the holographic sight. It also has a red dot in the middle.

Here it is with the scope flipped to the side.

And here it is on the gun.

Looking through the scope. Although the dot doesn't look red from this picture, it really is.

Now here it is with the scope flipped to the side.

Here's the heartbeat sensor. I love how I made this. the gray pieces are supposed to be the radar, and the white dots are the people, just like in CoD.

On the gun.

FPS of the heartbeat sensor.

Laser light(left) and the Flashlight(right)

On the gun.

Tactical M4!!!

Now here it is with everything separated.

Here's the main body that everything connects to.

Here's everything that I made that can go with that body piece. There's two different barrels, one for an M4 and one for and M16, two stocks, an iron sight, carrying handle, two mags, and all of the various attachments.

FPS view.

Awesome view.

Awesome model really like it since i love the one from MW3. only one thing is that the upper receiver is a bit high if you look at pictures of the MW3 one or the real gone the upper receiver is a bit lower but other than that 5 out of 5 and instructions would be awesome if you could make some
