About this creation

A Galaxy shaken by war! At Fort Skyhook on the planet Callos, the Republic has faced massive casualties due to the planet's most recent unwanted visitor, General Grievous.

Meanwhile, the newly appointed Commander Colby anxiously awaits reinforcements, and the leader of the 501st Legion, Captain Rex.

Planning their next attack, the Republic hopes to capture the cowardly general, and finally end this horrible war...

Well, I can finally shed a sigh of relief. I have been working on this movie for the past 2 and a half years of my life. I regret nothing but the fact that it took so long to finish.

Originally I was planning on making this into a series, but judging by how long this one took to finish, that probably won't happen. I know most of you were hoping I'd be working on Crimson Empire by now, but I'm sorry to say that series is over too. In its place, and as a reward for your patience, I will make Lego Star Wars: Crimson Empire THE MOVIE my main focus from here on. Beside that, I will periodically release chapters of my first self-written story about my self-MOC, Knoxus, on MOCpages.

2012 is going to be a clean slate for me. With my new Stop motion and Editing softwares, I will be making cleaner, more professional films, much more often for you guys! And as always, I must ask you to comment, like, and subscribe. You guys have no idea how much I like to see your comments. Your likes really help my videos spread across the internet. And subscribing will not only help more people see my videos, but they will help my channel's community grow. And It would really, really help if you shared this with your friends on Facebook! That goes for those of you reading this on MOCpages too! XD

Thanks for staying loyal,
Connor Hoffman

Thanks! The program I used for the effects was ParticleIllusion SE. I also used a free trial of ParticleIllusion 3 for the parts where effects were moving behind a foreground. Because SE doesen't have that capability. :)

I too am making a lego annimation. I have estimated that it will take two years, I'm a year in and it's looking good. Your movie looks really good, i'm hoping to produce mine at the same level as this, you must relise that those two and half years were not wasted, you have inspired te next generation. The main characters my movie is about are Echo and Fives.

Amazing Brickfilm! The editing, voice, and sound effects were superb! I really love the "Dolly shots". Overall, a very impressive entry. The only thing I think you could have improved was removing the pillows and other non-lego stuff in the background. Other than that, great movie! And 2 and 1/2 years! I certainly hope we don't have to wait that long for your next animation! Feel free to add this to the Animator's Club to hopefully get the recognition you deserve. -LB Senior

Truly great movie. The voice acting and effects were good, but I really liked your stop motions and sound effects the most. Really great job Connor :D I felt like I was watching clone wars XD

Nice animation, it's great too see someone make a stop motion with decent voice overs. I get so sick of the ten year old voice acting...

Wow, that was great! Stop motion at the beginning seemed a little slow, but it got better as it went on! Overall brilliant! Poor Colby...
