Sylvain, every Craft you submit is another Nail in the Coffin Lid of me ever taking up working on Ships myself. When I see what skill you've displayed in all of yours, I know there's no point in me even trying :) Cheers on another masterpiece. If I ever need inspiration along these lines, I know there's noplace else I'd go. GREAT work, Sir. Cheers!
Thank you so much !...my goal is to make creations with innovative designs, interesting techniques and large enough not to go unnoticed ... not obvious. |

simply amazing work. however, the shouldnt have those thrust pods as it is a TIE. while it looks nice i dont think you shouldve used the view plate that you did. it would restrict vision so it probably wouldnt be used. just technical stuff really. either way the ship is awesome. great job |

are you sure "fighter" is the best term to describe this. It seems huge compared to other Star Wars fighter craft. It would certainly give the B-Wing a run for its money. |

This is super awesome and very intimidating! Those rebel scum will poop themselves when they see this thing coming! Also, Astromechs were a common sight on Imperial capital ships, thus they were used by the Empire too, so why not use them in fighters (like so many others did)? I plan on using them in my own TIE prototype. |

Wow. That is amazing. Easily the beefiest Tie concept design that I have seen on this site. You never fail to amaze. I love the length of the wings, and the angles that you achieved in the front. But what really grabbed my attention was the thrusters in the back. The whole look seems very alien and sinister. Very well done. |

Epic bro. I love the tie fighter look you designed here. The backend looks heavy though. Maybe shortening the back will balance. It still looks mean though. Like to see this bad boy in a dog fight or something. |

It's an awesome design, and while you've retained the basic TIE influences it feels original too. I was a little unsure the astromech was a right choice, till you mention this is intended as an alternate reality, therefore the fact the Empire hardly ever uses R2 units is irrelevant.
I understand what you mean, however, this ship comes from a time rather located at the end of the Clone Wars. Although its design is very advanced, the fact remains ... a prototype or a unique piece, like the "rogue shadow". As I said in my previous comment, the droid has a more utilitarian function than actually military.

Really cool! It's very intimidating and I definitely would not want to be an enemy of anyone piloting it! I really like the techniques used and the design. One thing though is the need for an Astromech Droid... As big as this fighter is, its surprising that the designer wasn't able to fit some targeting systems into the ship itself... It is a cool touch though. Awesome work!!!
the astromech has no function of target acquisition, it only allows to optimize transmittions on long trips in enemy territory, it has a feature "diplomatic" enabling them to understand different languages. Its primary function is to detect any failure and repair at all times.
It is also present as a reminder that this ship comes from an alternate universe of Star Wars. |
