SigFig Blog #1: Important Question For An Old Friend
Talking about some important things, I guess?
About this creation

???: "Hi there, folks. It's me, Sig-K. Or SigFig Keith if you prefer. You probably don't recognize me because it's been while and I got a makeover and--"

Camera Man: "Get to the point! We've only got so much disc space on this camera!"

Sig-K: "Yes. Right. Anyway, I'm here with a very old friend to pose and answer a very important question. That old friend is my dear, dear Hub.ZX. The original, mind you. The question.. in question... is what will become of dear Hub now that a new Hub is under construction?"

Sig-K: "Of course, Hub can't talk so here's pilot Hikaru to act as translator. Thanks to the Neural Sympathy systems and a wireless headset, Hikaru can feel exactly what Hub itself is thinking. Neat, huh? Hi Hikaru!"

Hikaru: "Good late evening, K."

Sig-K: "So, Hikaru... Hub.... You know I was originally disinclined from ever re-purposing your parts. However, that seems unfair. The NMAS Hub is going to inevitably hog the limelight and it's a shame to let a LEGO model just... gather dust."

Hikaru: "Indeed. Hub knows his limitations and that his descendant will invariably surpass them. His time has come and gone."

Sig-K: "Exactly. However, I'm not going to just throw the old Hub away. You're worth way more than that. Rather, I was thinking about reincarnating you. Giving you a new form and a new lease on life. What think?"

Hikaru: "Kind of a vague statement. What exactly do you mean by reincarnate?"

Sig-K: "I'll show you. BRING IT IN, BOYS!"

Hikaru: "Is that... the makings of a ... ?"

Sig-K: "Yep. I was thinking back to the old days. Hub was originally meant to be a transformer. I always wanted some kind of vehicular alt mode but I've never succeeded with any MAS or even VariON/ValFigh."

Hikaru: "Hub... What do you think? ... I see. K, Hub wants to know what exactly would happen to him if he agreed to the reincarnation."

Sig-K: "Well, I'd dismantle your armor, reconfigure your skeleton to complement this proto-cockpit, and then probably attach your head with or without minor cosmetic modifications."

Hikaru: "So... in a sense, same machine, new body?"

Sig-K: "Precisely."

Sig-K: "So... verdict?"

Hikaru: "Hub... Hub consents. Hub and I both feel invariably drawn to this rebirth. It feels... right. Though, the double cockpit is... curious."

Sig-K: "So both you and [redacted] can pilot Hub. Together."

Hikaru: "You thought of everything."

Sig-K: "Of course. Well, there we have it, folks. Hub's getting a reincarnation. Can you guess just what exactly as?"

Extra images of the proto-cockpit. The spoiler is just there for spacial demonstrative purposes and is not a final product.

Thoughts? Opinions? Should I do more sigfig blog things? Did you figure out what I have in store for Hub?
