Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, Justin Thyme returns to the skies after a near fatal accident that almost cost him his life and career.
I wanted to try out a new technique for building wings. I was trying out different designs, and then decided to see if I could make a flamejob work. I exhausted my supply of red 1x1 plates in the process.
Surfing the MOCpages, I fell over this fantastic creation. Allthough it´s not a model of a real plane, it certainly looks real. First of all the "paintwork" is great, but also the engine cowling with the exhaustpipes visible. And I really like your propeller.
This MOC looks like it's straight out of the Reno air-races! The obvious feature is the brilliant building to get the flames onto the wings but there are other details I like, such as the engine cowling. The overall shape is excellent and the build looks to be solid and swooshable. I think that this MOC deserves more attention.
Hey thanks so much, everybody! I'm glad the paint job turned out to be such a success. Thanks for the compliments on the overall design, as well. I was trying to give it a little bit of a sports car feel.
