B.C.B.S. Round one entry: B.S.M. X3
Here is my entry to the B.C.B.S. challenge for the month May.
About this creation
Here is the link to the contest.

As I said, this is my entry to the B.C.B.S. and it's currently my biggest MOC. I'll put better pictures in a couple of days, I was in a hurry to post this since the deadline is today. Enjoy :)

Info:
The B.S.M. X3 is the latest product of the galvanian scientists in order to put an end to the war against the Kallons. It features a detachable A.S.D. and a M.M.S. suit. Heavily armored and packed with a dual pulse cannon and a raygun, it brings an unseen terror on the battlefield. The B.S.M. X3 must be run remotely, or with a pilot inside because inserting an AI that would have complete control over the mech is just too dangerous.

MOC status: Assembled

Enough talk, on to the MOC:

The top pulls back to reveal...

... the cockpit with a B.C.B.S. mascot operating the B.S.M. X3 !!!

I hope Nathan doesn't mind me using these guys.

It can also fit a chibi sized MOC

The raygun

The Toa Metru canister lid used as back armor...

...detaches to make an A.S.D. (autonomous sentry drone)

The A.S.D.s form a bunker when damaged in order to repair themselves.

I see you... :)

Back without the A.S.D.

The B.M.S. also comes with a M.M.S. (Mini Mobile Support) suit.

"Useless" pieces used:

  • Toa Metru canister lid

  • Toa Metru shoulder armor

  • Mistika pump thingies

  • HF leg armor

  • Vahki arms

  • Vahki body piece

  • Stars feet

  • The sistem piece (Don't know the name)

  • Yet another sistem piece

  • Glatorian hands

  • Piraka heads (on the M.M.S.)

  • HF 3.0 armor (on the M.M.S.)

  • 4th wall:
First of all, I want to apologize for the bad photo quality, but I was in a hurry to post this so I'll put better pics in a couple of days. The MOC itself was a pretty fun build, planned and assembled in less than 8 hours. About the little story at the beginning, it will be revealed in some MOCs to come later.
Just to clarify: My actual entry is the B.S.M. X3 (you could also count in the A.M.S. drone since it's technically a part of the whole MOC). The M.M.S was just like a tablescrap since I had some unused white pieces left.
P.S. Nathan, if you want me to remove the M.O. minis from the MOC, just say it and I will replace everything with new pictures.
P.P.S. I wish all contestants good luck and may the best MOCer win.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I used a rubber band holder because I didn't want to take it out of the MOC. You can see it at the cockpit interior pic.

    EDIT#2: The B.S.M. X3 won 11th place in the B.C.B.S. monthly challenge May 2012.

Quoting Michael Rutherford Mr. Petrusic, thank you for joining us over on The Final Countdown. I think you are our first member who is focused mostly on Bionical. I hope the building challenges prove entertaining. We look foreword to seeing your skills as a builder in action.
Thanks, although I prefer building Bionicle, I do have a lot of bricks that will be used for the group challenges :)

Quoting Vored 03 What a fantastic creation! It has some really brilliant use of some parts! The legs have many, very interesting designs, and I like the system tires at the end! The body looks also amazing! The Vahki body piece used there fits well, and the Nynrah-blasterparts look cool! Altogether, it has so many "useless" pieces well integrated to it that I can't even count them! 5/5!
Thanks, I think I might have an addiction to putting tires in my MOCs :)

Quoting Leaith Flex (Turning 13 on the May 20th) Nice entry I think the idea of using the mascot is extremely clever!
Thx, I had a big empty space in the middle so I figured I might as well put a pilot inside.
