Whoops, somehow I forgot to comment earlier! Anyway, brilliant design and phenomenal chrome use. (Even if it's non-purist...) The way the light bley blends with the chrome is superb photography, and it highlights the build nicely. Great work!

Hi Wes, thanks for the interest. This is probably one of my favourite creations and I especially like the last photo of it. Although the photos are over exposed he looks pretty much the same in the brick. The greys are slightly more noticeable especially around the shoulder region, but everywhere else is pretty shiny (metallic not chrome). The board is a bit patchy. I wish I had taken some ‘normal’ exposures so I could show you. I don’t edit my photos (except for cropping) so they all look like this. Thanks again :D

Thank you all for the comments. I bought the silver for bumpers, wing mirrors and grills etc for my cars. It is actually quite a modest collection but with a little light grey and a lot of overexposing of the photos it looks like I have a lot more. Thanks again :D

What better way to use all the silver parts for this silver surfer?! You gave it a very dynamic pose and was able to show it off! Nice six pack too, although I'm less excited about the face this time.

Great work here AND you managed to make him mostly chrome! My only suggestion would be to make the head a plate higher under the round tile.

AWESOME!! at first I thought most of the pieces were white (I know there not but my eyes wont accept it!!!) Lol Super Silver Surfer. Really cool choice. A more fitting enemy for Johnny than Iceman, as far as sticking to the comics. Although fire vs ice is an all-time EPIC fight. Great job on the board too, having him at his iconic angle of flight was the cherry on top. Please build MOAR!! ~cheers

Yes, RIP my Mclaren :(. But long live the Silver Surfer. I can only make two figures at one time. You need 10 technic Ts and shed loads of those 1x1 bricks with studs on all sides. I think I will need to take apart my Classic Race Teams mocs if I want to build more cars.

You just made my day, the Silver Surfer is my all time favourite super hero. In that last photo it looks as if he's aiming his board at the Human Torch's most delicate of areas - ouch, that's gotta hurt.
