5580 RC highway Rig Model Team Truck with instructions.
About this creation

G’day. Decided to remake my first Lego set the highway Rig 5580. This time around I added RC and tried to keep it unmodified as much as possible so as not to ruin the original truck.

The drive motor is an XL motor being the only choice for power. A medium motor resides between the seats.

I’ve kept the drop suspension from the instructions but made sure it was driven by both axles and still looking stock.

The small sleeper only had room left for the rechargeable battery for its size and convenient power switch location.

I’ve added my first attempt at instructions for the truck which can be downloaded here for free as all Lego instructions should be.Cheers.

That was actually the first set of motors I tried but went for the torque of the XL motor.
