Votuk is an exiled Skakdi from Zakaz. He was banished for not having the same strength or aggression as other Skakdi. Since he cannot shoot laser vision, he as a laser gun on his head to substitute. He wields a rotating shield-blade and a shield that contains a paralyze routuka spinner.
