The details on the building are quite nice, but it's clear that you're under some parts constraints. If you had the bricks to make the ground green and the river existent, for example, it would be much improved. I recommend trying to find someone's bin of old parts and buying it for cheap, just to obtain critical mass with your collection. Also, some commentary around your photos would be helpful.
