My entry for the Bio-Cup 2012 Eliminatories. Can't wait to see how this year turns out, oh yes indeed.
About this creation

Wazzup everybody?

Back when I was just a kit.

Doing what I'm meant to do.

Coming right at ya!

Diggin' these flippers?

Check out these ABS!

My complexion is superb!

Don't worry, there's enough epicness for all of you.

Of course, I don't just hand out my epicness to just anyone...

Don't mess with my sushi!

The backside.

Kalmah: Aha, someone to provide some epicness to!
G.S.: Oh dear, how did I end up on the ocean floor? Excuse me sir, but would you happen to know how to get back to the surface?

Kalmah: I'm afraid that you won't be going back to the surface!
G.S.: Aaaaaaargh--Bllbflrglfblrgf

Ten-Shei: I'm SO hungry!
Kalmah: Care for some seafood?

Ten-Shei: I guess so...what kind of seafood?

Kalmah FRESH SQUID! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

That's right, NEVER mess with a creep from the deep!

You feelin' lucky, punk?

High kick mastery

Toodles!
Fourth Wall Commentary: This was a fun build, especially because it was a revamp of one of my favorite sets of all time. Kalmah was, IMO, the coolest Barraki set (And I bought all of the Barraki).I'm really psyched about the Bio-Cup and I hope that everyone enjoys the competition! A link to the contest can be found: here. WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! Rate and comment!

You took a big risk making the revamp look slimmer while everyone was bulking their creation. To me, it paid off. Good job. 9/10 |

A cool entry. I, on the other hand, enjoy the sleek look of it, and I think was a nice twist to the bulky original. Could use a better flowand polishment, tough, as most of it don't match so well with the clean lower leg design. So, this one was tough, but I think I'll go with a 8/10
Thanks! I kind of agree with both of you...Bulky or sleek...That is the question. Glad you liked it overall! |

Nice! I'm not so fond of the long look you gave him, and I also don't like his shins, but overall this is a fine entry! 7/10 |

Weird, I thought I commented on this one... *clears throat* Epic MOC indeed! The BioCup elims are absolutely SLAYING those original sets, but this is one of the best... however, you've got VERY skilled competition. Best of luck! 5/5
Thanks! And you're right about the skill level this time around. And Thanks Again! |

LOVELY lower legs. I've seen Retinence use those Dino tails as legs before, good to see others adopting the technique too. Really liking the twisted tentacle idea too. Overall this is a great take on the Kalmah set!
Thanks Felix! Good to hear from you! |

Very nice, I don't like the torso too much but those legs look surprisingly good, they match the squid-like feel he has. |

This is an astounding revamp. Those legs are perfect for him and much better than the original. I must say I'm surprised though, that frog is still alive. I'd figured the cigars finished him a while ago ;) |

Awesome appendages, I love the posability, but the torso look feminine. Torso aside, it seems bricklink paid off, this is a great revamp! Love the poses! |

Alright, Nate. This is an EPIC re-design. Very aquaticacious-ness-errific-alicious. That wasn't a word at all, was it?... until NOW. Kalmah was one of my faves of that series, but I was never too keen on the 'steel girder' legs; those tapered ones, however, are a design I've seen around the 'Pages (and wanted to try m'self) but haven't given a whirl. Worked EPIC-ally(alicious-errific-icle) for yours, though. LOVE it, 5/5!
