Pegasus Springs
On the border of the Mystic Isles, the surf beats against the magical island spring. Some say it is the fountain of youth, others swear it’s where the sirens call. But if they were there today, it might have been called ‘Pegasus Springs’. It stands as the farthest island within the borders of the Mystic Isles. And it is from this place that Siercon takes the final leap before soaring for the mainland to join the Dragons Flight.
About this creation

Name: Siercon and Coral
Rank: Keeper of Mystic Isles
Age: Unknown
Weapon of Choice: Siercon: Black Short Sword; Coral: Turquoise Katana

History:

Siercon and Coral have lived on the Mystic Isles for as long as anyone has heard their name. As a territory shrouded deep in the country of Avalonia, little is known about them or the Mystic Isles. It is said that they are Faerie lovers, or mages who found each other after a long journey through other worlds. Now they wander the Mystic Isles together, nurturing all kinds of living magic and mythical beasts. Artorious was one of the few that often stepped upon the mystic shores before establishing the Avalonian order. Still, Siercon and Coral are rarely seen. They often use messengers and it is rare that one can take a look beyond the misty vale. Their loyalties and magic have been found to be dependable, though their presence sporadic. They are the Elvish Faerie rulers that one never counts in time for the battle, but will often brighten the sky in their late arrival.

And now they ride to join a select group of Avalonian Warriors known as the Dragon Flight, providing mystic compliments of magic to the battle ready leaders. This is a time of reuniting with old friends, and possibly a great war. In these troubled times with the Drow, Siercon and Coral ride under the flag of Avalonia. However with some strong ties among the Drow, it is not with bloodlust but with forbearance that they may have to tend to their fallen elvish brethren.

If ever a MOC deserved the praise "epic," this is it. The landscape perfectly matches the power and beauty of the pegasus, which in itself is insanely good. Well done, WELL done.

Aha. I realized afterwards that this might just be for Eurobricks. Either way, it was a good little background story.

Beautiful. The spring complements your Pegasus excellently. The wings on Pegasus are majestic as is the entire beast. That you were able to create a brick built Pegasus the same scale as a real Lego horse is mind blowing. And speaking of blowing minds. You don't take apart your creations? Whoa. Where do you keep them all?

Quoting Dave Benson Magical indeed! The wings of Siercon are phenomenal. The natural setting looks like a work of art! Really inspiring :)
Thanks! (Siercon is the human though. Sorry if that was confusing! :)
Quoting Chris Stone Brilliant! A spectacular build with loads of nice colors and details spread about! But the build did not intruig me nearly as much as the story did. A really fantastic story with loads of good imagery involved! Very well done guys! I can't wait to read the book :)
Oh wow thanks! Yeah looking forward to progressing and completing the book. Just fyi, All the stuff you see in our Legos is not directly from the book. The character names, fantasy and magic depth are similar, but the stories don't really transfer. This one was hatched specifically for eurobricks :P But I can say that the real story is much better than those written at my work lunch break lol. :)
Quoting Alan C Wow, that pegasus is amazing. I'm still trying to figure out the head.
Thanks! Pieces include a left minifigure leg, chrome harpoon, the bulky white droid arm, and a clip.
Quoting LukeClarenceVan The Revanchist Great work on the pegasus, truly brilliant! I also really like the landscape, but something doesn't seem right. Unfortunately I don't know what, but it's still a superb MOC!
Perhaps the lack of white in the surf and larger waves? This was mentioned by someone else, and was a thought while building. But... Thus is the consequence of keeping all your builds together... you run out of certain pieces lol :) Seriously, thanks everyone for you comments! :D
