Huryou Buntarama was a Harch Jedi Knight who fought in the Hidden War between Harash Soru's Jedi Order and Rovaniss' Sith Empire. Huryou was a skilled fighter, showing great skill with the use of twin blades even after the partial loss of an arm at a young age. Many Sith often underestimated his ability due to his appearance, only to find that Huryou was more than a match for their skills.

Quoting The Essence Of Randomness . Can you show how you did the arms?
Just cut off the socket piece then stick the arms to the chest with either glue or plastercine
