No, it isn't my inspiration which is running out because I'vve uploaded nothing in 3-5 days, I was just working on a project. Cause I have a new set, the 5767 convertible, and he needs mods. I don't knew which. So then our handy reporter Alex B made a review about this car, and said: the dashboard looks unfinished and the engine too. So, I'vve fixed some stuff on this car, check it out!
About this creation
Seems like no mods if you look at front or back...
Only some custom rims (from the Lamborghini Gallardo set)
The rims...
But don't be fooled, cause it starts with a new engine!
Look LEGO, a normal engine!!!
And a new dashboard, with airconditioning, and dials, and a new steering wheel...
...but one of the most clever things of this car, is the gearleaver.
If you have this set, you probably noticed that the gearstick is connected on the dash.
Thats unrealistic, and very unpractical. So a new gearstick, connected on the steering axle.
and the mirrors, because they where to low. I did them some higher.
the funny thing is though, if you steer, the gearstick moves too :-P

I fixed most of the mirror problem by you know how the windscreen is attached to a 1x2 thingy but I switched it to a 1x1 clip and moved the rear view mirror up the mostly fixes the problem but if you open the doors 90 degrees or so. |

Hey Alex, thanks for your comment and yes, if you like it you can add it on yours too. And the gearleaver won't effect the steering :)
Oh and BTW, putting the 4993 engine in it is a great idea, but I don't think it's gonna fit. My engine just fits in, and I also thought of putting the 4993 engine in it, but it's incomplete. |
