This is my new FDNY Engine 10. It's stationed at FDNY TenHouse, Liberty Street, Manhattan. I rebuilt it because the former E-10 was destroyed after crashing on the floor. This Engine is a Seagrave High Pressure Pumper. Have fun and thanks for watching. :)

Hey Joe, this is your fathers name right? First, a big thank you for your kind comment and also thanks that you signed up here for commenting it. This is really nice from you. So your father was a firefighter at the famous Tenhouse. This is really cool and i'm glad to read that he survived the 9/11 attacs and you still have your father. That he and you like my FDNY trucks so much makes my really proud and happy. Well, my connection to Tenhouse. I'm a German FDNY fan and love all the rigs and especially the Tenhouse since many years. I'm impressed by their work they do every day in New Yorks Streets. So it was only a matter of time for me building this fantastic trucks out of Lego. I was very shocked and sad as i saw the 9/11 attacs in TV. After so many people died it was a special matter for me to remember them on the rigs and also with a 9/11 memorial i made in September this year. I'm really sorry that the trucks are not for sale but they are all individual items. And i have not the time/material for building them in a row. But i can think about making one extra rig next year for you, but i can't promise it. I hope you understand this. Btw have some loose e-mail contact with the Tenhouse and they have some pics of my rigs on their homepage. Well, thank you again for your very friendly comment. Excuse any typos, my English grammar is not the best. Hope you understand all well. The best wishes to you, your dad and your family. Stay safe buddy :) |

Wow you did a great job on the trucks, very well done. They'e almost exact replicas. I showed them to my father, who was very impressed with them. My father worked at engine 10 ladder 10 for 15 years when he was a firefighter. He worked with a lot of those guys you dedicated the trucks to, he was very touched by the dedication. My father was working on September 11th as the fire safety director for the FDNY. When he heard the WTC got hit, he went down there and got buried in the rubble. He was lucky to be dug out before the North Tower collapsed. The only disappoint for me is that they're not for sale. They would have made a great gift for my father. Just out of curiosity, what is your connection to Tenhouse? |

nice work sven also engine 10 as ladder 10 are nice
but how do you get those stickers??
Thanks a lot for your comment and for adding me as a favorite :) Making the decals is really easy. The most of them are selfmade with paint. The mural of the Ten Truck is copied from a picture. I edited it to become the right size of the mural. I printed all decals on paper and sticked some clear tape over it. Then i cutted it out and glued them on the rigs with a glue stick. I hope you understand it well :) Check out my new decalwork with reflective foil if you want. All future rigs will become this new foil. |

This is perfection.
The only critique I could come up with was that it would be nice if it was accompanied by a garage/fire department. And viola! There it was in the last pic. As I said, perfection.
Thank you very very much Nils for your kind comment. Now I refurb the FDNY Tentruck. It becomes a new cab like the Engine 10. It will be finished tomorrow ;) |

Sven, I have to comment again, because I have to say something: this is the best firetruck I'vve ever seen in my entire life. You just demolished the last favorite firetruck with this, detailed, and brilliant engine. Keep them up my friend! :)
And i say thank you again my friend! This is really kind of you Loek :) I'll do my best to build a new great FDNY rig ;) |

Hey guys. A big thank you to all of you for your kind comments and suggestions. I'm very proud of my Engine 10. @Loek my friend, i'm glad that you still like my decalwork ;) @Brick Valley: I used the Lego 30,4x14 Wheels and Rims and spraypainted the Rims with some chromespray. You can Google "lego 30,4x14" there you could find it. I found a description for the "FDNY Satellites" --> Satellites are a combination of hose carriage and moveable monitor . With its large stock of tubes of large diameter (five inches, so 12.7 cm), they are primarily for water supply. With the monitor also allows large amounts of water or chemical foam are given, eg in industrial fires. However, they have either a water tank or a pump , and must therefore be supplied by an Engine Company with water. For this reason, the satellites are always stationed at Engine Companies. Hope this will help you. |

Speechless! The whole station, ladder and engine are very good! Ten Truck is one of my favourite rigs from the fdny. The wheels seem to work on engine 10 but i wonder where you get them from... BTW can you tell me about these super pumpers called the "satellite's" because i cant find anything on youtube or google... or wiki. Thanks. |

Wieder mal ein richtig richtig geiles Modell! Respekt! :)
