Here is my 4th MOC in my series of "famous paintings and photographs."
This was particularly difficult to recreate in Lego because of the unique face of each leader. I'm still not sure I got them quite right.
The photograph shows the Big Three, Prime Minister Winston Churchill (UK); President Franklin D. Roosevelt (USA); and Premier Joseph Stalin (USSR). The three allied leaders met in Yalta for a conference in the courtyard of Livadia Palace during WWII.
Enjoy!

stalin makes the scene come closer, while not saving the day, less light in the background, would have covered a little more the obvious fact that its hard to do a good face match, unless you have a 20 year collection of every theme. still nice. |

Very well done, the background and small crowd of officials standing by looks just right. The Big Three theemselves are excellently done too, especially Stalin :-) |

I recognized it before seeing the actual picture, so it is definitely recognizable. I like these painting and photograph MOCs you've been making lately!
Thanks Ryan! I really enjoy building them.

Great work. The way you shot your pieces really bring the whole build together. Again, I also appreciate the originality of this series. Keep up the great work and thanks for the heads up on the blog post. |

Roosevelt and Stalin look right; your Churchill should be happier - still, he can't be an easy guy to 'minifig'.
Yeah, I agree. He wasn't easy!
