Mitgardian Mountain Pass Watchtower
This tower was built for the Mitgardian Guild on Eurobricks.com
About this creation
This tower was built for Brickworld Chicago. When I learned myself and two of the four guild leaders were attending Brickworld, I reserved some space for a display. I volunteered to makes something to represent the Mitgardian mountain guild since thier leader, Sirens-of-Titan, would not be able to attend and the builder from thier guild, darkdragon, made four awesome representations of the guild leader's throne rooms for the display.

I borrowed heavily from the watchtowers already on Eurobricks for this guild to finish this tower quickly. Though it was the simpliest of the four towers at Brickworld, I still really like it.

Mitgardians by the signal fire. I personally like the look of the Mitgardian troops. I think I may have to make a small platoon of them as visitors in other MOCs if I can find enough green arms.

A look at some of the snow effects and the little mountain path. The path isn't anything special.

A look at some of the pine trees I took from other members on Eurobricks. I think these may have been taken from busboy, but I am not positive of that.

It wouldn't be Mitgardia without a dwarf! The tunnel has a light brick in it that makes it look like the dwarf's torch is lit. It isn't easy to get a picture of that though, so you'll have to take my word on it.

3 of the four towers at Brickworld are up now, so check out the Nocturnus tower and the Avalonian tower (River Run Watchtower) for a look at the other guilds. Kaliphlin tower to be uploaded later.

Quoting Dave Kaleta I was lucky enough to be sitting right next to this at Brickworld, but I can really appreciate all the details you've put into this creation from this presentation as well. Nice work. ~Dave
Thanks Dave. I can't even tell you how many people asked me if I made your house MOC while I was sitting there!
