I have been adding small things to the city to let it become more lifelike over the past few months, and this is what I came up with.
About this creation

The renovated airport area, with grass and a sidewalk.


Some rather eccentric minifigures...


A brand new park...


Complete with grass, trees, a fountain and blondes ;)

Kennemerburg is a Dutch city, so you can guess what he's smoking!

Play area in the park, has not really changed a lot since the day I created it...

The "Vestingpark" behind the ruined city wall.


I placed the Fish market (Work in Progress for a few years now...)more to the waterfront.


Added a sidewalk to the "Werfstraat"... (Dutch for Shipyard street)


Began paving the fish market, this will be done for the entire city(once).


A nasty accident, not everything has to be happy in a realistic city.


Luckily this ice cream cart makes the city a lot happier.
Sorry the picture quality does not make you happy, it was in a hard to reach position...

Fourth brick Commentary:
Whoah! this is a waaay bigger post than I intended to do on this (a), but I hope you enjoy the updates...
A lot of the improvements to the city are not shown here. These improvements are mostly big buildings and are large enough for their own page. So stay tuned for the next updates!
