Our job was to make a Dark Toa and his assistant both with the element, Iodine. So, here's my take on it. Hope you like them!

Bio:
Older Glatorian have recalled that Jabaris tried out for the spot of a Glatorian in every tribe shortly after Spherus Magna's seperation, but all rejected him for his height and uniqueness. So he disappeared into the sand, and only now has reappeared with Spherus Magna's renewal. Feeling hate to Toa and Glatorian alike, he has tried to cause mischief anyway he can. But like Rogi, he has only gained the recognition as a pest. But now that Vlion has discovered this strange outcast with powers like his own, it is unknown whether the dark Toa will be able turn Jabaris into something far more dangerous...

Once an innocent Bo-Matoran, Vlion was captured from his harmless Gravity Tribe by the Brotherhood of the Makuta in order to experiment creating a Makuta with elemental abilities. Nothing seemed to be working until the Makuta's scientist used a Toa Stone in the hopes of activating Vlion's elemental abilities. The result was a dark being, more Toa than Makuta, with the strange element Iodine rather than Gravity. But Vlion's newfound strength and mask power(which brings fear upon all those around him) were enough to break him free, where he fled far from the Brotherhood. First having the urge to return to his Iron Tribe, Vlion realized that he'd be shunned for what the Makuta had done to him, and decided to lay low until he could prove himself a hero. Many a time would he help a lingering Toa team control Rahi, battle Makuta, or even clean up broken villages. But at each Toa's first glance of the dark Toa, Vlion would be rejected or even attacked. Vlion grew bitterness toward Toa in general, and decided that the world would be much better without them. With Makuta's death and his discovery of Jabaris, Vlion might just get the chance to eliminate all Toa and use his powers for the "good"of all Matoran.

Both are very nice MOCs, I really like the use of the KK mask.
Minor thing: in Vlion's bio, it says he was a Bo Matoran, which are Matoran of the Green, but then it says he was from the Gravity Tribe. I'm guessing you meant Ba Matoran, Matoran of Gravity, but then later it says he wanted to return to the Iron Tribe. Is this a mistake or am I missing something? |

Excellent work on these two! I really liked Jabaris' overall look, and the saw-arm looks great! Vlion has the more intimidate look, and the purple pieces are working great with the color sheme! Good luck in the contest! |

Love the kraata on the minion! It's funny, Vlion looks just like a smaller version of my own toa of Iodine I just built last week (I was bored and I liked all the entries for this contest!) except smaller! I love it! |

Yeah, proportions were kinda thrown out the window with these guys, although I think it works a bit more with Jabaris than with Vlion. But at least they aren't as bad as Ackar, LOL! Thanks man, and thanks to everybody for commenting! :D |

Using the two kinds of purple in a pair of MOCs? So simple, and so clever at the same time. About Jabaris, the torso is may favourite part, although the head is also great. Vlion looks awesome, arm design is very intelligent, also love the legs and hidden Krana... Studying your MOCing style, I'm seeing that I need to work a lot if I want to beat you xD Great job! |
