USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D
Starfleet Galaxy Class Starship NCC 1701 D Star Trek: Next Generation.
About this creation
The Enterprise D is by far my favorite ship because, well, it is. This is the fifth ship in my Enterprises Series, and I'll soon post a picture of them all side-by-side, for size comparison (mainly because i was very careful in sizing them so that they're within 2-3 studs of the correct size in relation to each other). It took me a good week to construct the Enterprise D. I got the idea for it about a year ago when I saw that mega blocks Enterprise D floating around on the internet, and I said to myself, "Self, I'm sure you can make an even better one with REAL LEGO's." And I "Made it so." It's about a foot and a third long (just 1/4 inch shy of 16 inches, to be exact) because I needed it to be 4 times the length of my Enterprise NCC-1701 (posted earlier), because the real Enterprise D is almost exactly 4 times the length of Kirk's Original Enterprise (source: Star Trek Encyclopedia, Expanded Version).

This is a shot of the underside of the D, as it was seen in the first ST: TNG Episode, "Encounter at Farpoint."

This is a three-quarters rear shot of the D, as in the ST: TNG intro right before it goes to warp.

This is a three-quarters shot of the D, similar to the one posted in Captain Picard's Ready Room.

This is just a shot that I added because I saw it once in a game called "Star Trek: Bridge Commander," but the shot didn't turn out as well as I originally intended.

Here's a fore shot of the D, showing the main deflector dish and the comparison of the main hull and the saucer section. This is my favorite shot.

This picture is very bad. I don't like it, and i only posted it because it's the only picture of the side that i could bring myself to take.

That is really good, and it is in scale. I think you should make the warp nacelles less bulky. They lok a lot like the mega blocks version. Please check out my Enterprise-D
