About this creation

This is the HMMPV (High Mobility Multi-Purpose Vehicle), a light armored car designed to be used for a variety of different roles including transporting soldiers, performing recon, and logistics. They are armored to withstand small arms fire, but are vulerable to heavier armament like RPGs and heavy machine-guns. For protection, they are equiped with a remote control 50 cal. machine gun and a active protection system. Varients include a model equiped with short-range AA missiles and a TOW missile launcher.

This is the Caiman IFV, a light amphibious IFV designed to be cheap, low-weight, and easily air-transportable. While it may be small and less heavilly armed or armored compared to some of the Conglomerate's heavier vehicles, it still packs a puinch with it's 25mm cannon, 7.92 machine gun, and anti-tank missile launcher. It has the ability to transport 7 soliders to the battlefield, and has an active-protection system for defence.

This is the Striker ICV, a transport vehicle responsible for transporting the largest percent of the Conglomerate's troops. They are capable of carrying 9 soldiers into battle, and are armed with the 50 cal. remote weapons station, and carries an active-protection system. It has all the standard advantages and disadvantages of wheeled vehicles, so while it is cheaper and faster than tracked vehicles, it has worse off-road performance. The Striker ICV has spawned a whole family of vehicles, including a TOW launcher designed to protect Stiker brigades from tanks, a mobile gun system armed with a 105 mm gun, a mortar carrier armed with a 120 mm mortar for infantry support, a command varient, and a battlefield ambulance.

This is the Gargoyle IFV, a large and poweful IFV designed to deliver heavy fire support and protection for the Conglomerate's infantry. They are armed with a 35 mm cannon, a 7.92 machine gun, and 8 anti-tank missiles. They have both composite and reactive armor, as well as an active-protection system for extra defense. Gargoyles have a troop capacity of 8 soldiers, and are capable of taking on both enemy soldiers and armor with their excellent firepower. Varients include a MLRS with a capacity of 12 rockets, and a self-propelled 155 mm howitzer capable of firing guided rocket-assisted rounds with up to a 50 kilometer range. Finally, there is a AA varient armed with a 30 mm cannon and 8 medium-range missiles.

These are some of the Conglomerate's soldiers. They are mostly armed with the standard 7.92 assualt rifles, but a few of them are armed with mini guns or anti-tank missile launchers. There is also troops in NBC gear. Also shown are various drones, including a small recon flying drone as well as various heavier drones with machine guns, auto cannons, gernade launchers, and missile launchers. These RC drones can be used for situations where it would be too dangerous to risk troops lives or for heavy fire support in a relatively light package.

This is the TT-15 Heavy Transport Truck, a logistics vehicle responsible for carring vast supplies of food, ammo, and other battlefield essentials. Some varients can carry soldiers, while others can transport either the MH-120 120 mm Howitzer or the HH-155 Heavy howitzer.

This is the Tiger MBT, a fairly large and powerful tank armed with a 125 mm cannon, as well as a remote 50 cal. weapon station, a 7.92 machine gun, and 8 anti-armor missile lauchers. The protection is equally impressive, with thick armor composed of both composite, depleted uranium, and reactive armor as well as 4 active-protection systems. Unfortunately, the tank is not easilly transportable due to it's large size.

Big shout out to Matthew Sylvan for all his awesome help.

Quoting Achintya Prasad Very nice work! The only thing I recommend is for you to send over your pictures to this new-fangled "POVray", so that you have more realistic looking pictures. Mind you, I hear it takes a while to render, but the results are superb. Otherwise, excellent MOC(s)! 5/5
First off, thanks for the comment. Anyway, this is an old creation that was posted a good deal before the whole POV-Ray stuff really caught on (actually, I'm not sure anybody was even doing it back then). I now render all my newer creations, and you are totally right that it takes a very long time.

Quoting Psycho Nguyen Very nice, Awsome any instruction to share or sell bro ? Bong_lai_dao_v2@yahoo.com
I'm sorry, but I only share files with fairly well-established builders who have proved their skills and honesty. Ask again in a few months when you have started to carve a name out for yourself. ;)

they all look to be fair in size, the only one pushing the bar being the last tank imho.

I don't think basing MOCs around a minifig works too well. If a LEGO guy is 6 feet tall, then he is also 3 feet wide! And that really throws things off. I prefer to imagine minifigs as fat midgets or children. Other wise if you scale stuff based on there height, then you end up with cars that only hold 1 person. Though I would recommend not trying to scale trains compared to 8 wide cars, they get so big that it is a huge pain just to build let alone make it run right.

The only ones that are big, are in my opinion ok to be big. I think the beast varients are big, but they would probably be more powerfull, and wouldnt be anywhere near the front lines. They would be very heavy and couldnt be airdropped. They also would be big targets. Your tank is big but I dont see why that is a problem, The only downside is maybe that its hard to navigate urban enviorments. Big isnt necessarily that bad.

Quoting Nightmaresquid º You can judge the size of a vehicle by a minifig, as they would be 6 ft tall.
So what is your opinion on whether they are too big?

Quoting Scott Bertaut Actually I disagree. The commonly excepted scale for a tank in the Lego User Group I am part of is 12-16 studs wide, if you consider that real Hummer H1 is 7ft wide and a M1 Abrams is 14ft, that is about accurate. That last one being 19 studs wide might be a little too big, but the rest I think are fine.
Thanks for the second oppinion, I was getting worried. XD

The hummer need's some work done, your APC after the Hummer is the right size im talking about for my group but most stuff after that is a little to big. Good work though maybe you should try to be real tread's on your tank.

Wow, that is a lot of cool vehicles, very nice. The body of the Humvee looks good, but the tires don't fit it too well. I like the variety of vehicles as well, clever use of airplane parts on that transport truck. Nice!
