When commenting I'm like the fat kid in gym whose always bringing up the rear when everyone does laps. *sigh* Better late than never, though, right? Nice one, Perrington. Love the action and the effect of the levitating board! Good luck!
Hahaha, yeh that was me, and I wasn't even fat! Darn slow runner! That's why I learned how to fight, hahaha...
Cheers Mark, yeh the flying shots worked out better than I expected, should be fun to see what the other guys come up with in rnd2... |

Grokk! This was one of the first entries and I didn't comment - I expect 5-10 years, especially when the judges find my contraband. Love Joe Dredd and Chopper was always class, so glad to see 2000AD's finest get some love. Well done mate, good luck!
Totally, Drokk! Hehe, 2ooo AD had some great writing going on... |

Your score = 6 > I love your character choice and the sense of action, however I feel like more effort in the build itself would have been nice |

I never got into Judge Dredd, and if I remember correctly the movie was so-so lol. I don't know much about the characters, but you've done an excellent job with this scene! Can't wait to see what you pull off in round 2! ;)
Hehe, here's hoping I scrape through, cheers for that Heath - Dredd was awesome, like most 2000 AD comics, the story line had a dark undertone to it. Megacity was a post apocalyptic wall city where everything was illegal, I mean, people were being locked up for having two jobs. And judges (cops) were all powerful, they were one man/woman - judge/jury/executioners... We basically had a hero in Judge Dredd who was almost an anit-hero at the same time. It was one hel of a comic! |

I really struggle to build a mini-fig scale Lawmaster and was going to scrap this, the 3rd attempt, but realised I couldn't really do it any better at that scale with the parts I had. I'm glad its coming across O.K. Cheers Paul :) |

I'm not a comic book freak, so I had to go and do some research on these two! Nice recreations. I think Chopper is my favorite of the two! But you mean he doesn't wear Vans slip-ons?! :)
Hehe, yeh he's a good guy, but the Judge Dredd world is quite a cruel one. I was never a big comic fan till I found Judge Dredd. 2000 AD seemed to be quite a lot darker than Marvel/DC which suited teenager me a bit better, lol... Chopper actually flies across the ocean to Australia on his hover board to get away. Then in a later issue Dredd arrives in Australia looking for him! Great comics... |
