Battlestar Galactica is probably one of my all time favorite space opera shows. It was definately one of the first ones I saw as a child. The following is a Battlestar Galactica Viper Mark II.

As many of my friends were in ooh and ahh over it, I do have to say that there are many things I would like to change. 1) more legos of the same color. I have been "playing" with legos for the past 30 years, but there was a 15 year period that I didn't play, and I also seem to have misplaced many of my legos. 2) the Nose of the viper is too short 3) I was unable to locate pictures of the bottom of a viper so I had to make something up. 4) I REALLY need to redesign the wings to make them smooth. I've seen many Mocs that use this tactic and it looks great. Again, I lack the pieces.

Quoting El Barto ! Pretty cool, Dude! Two options on the wings. One is to tile the rest of it, like I did on my Viper. But at this scale, you can certainly build them SNOT (studs not on top). In other words, build two more tails, and hitch them where the wings are.

<nods> thanks! Did some more research and found some specs for the MKII, so, i'm going to redesign it and see if that works out better. Will also introduce SNOT, thanks!

I always like to see Mocs of the Colonial Viper. I would make the nose a little longer/bigger (the wings look a tad big for it). I really like how the cockpit seperates from the wing section. Some SNOT is a good idea too! 4/5.

Pretty cool, Dude! Two options on the wings. One is to tile the rest of it, like I did on my Viper. But at this scale, you can certainly build them SNOT (studs not on top). In other words, build two more tails, and hitch them where the wings are.
