With the possibility of an attack coming from almost anywhere, Talian and Cheyenne engineers have knocked heads together to produce a cheap and reliable means of both amphibious troop transport and anti infantry. The versatile LAV-25 chassis can carry six fully armed troops into combat, as well as a gunner, a tank commander, and a driver. Seeing as it's strong amphibious design can be put to use virtually anywhere, It wasn't long before many variations were created. The first being the arial defense variant, which has dual 30mm gatling guns, each firing at 3000 armor piercing rounds per minute. These can be used to take out aircraft, helicopters, and even incoming missiles. The next variant produced was the anti armor variant, which features a 104mm heavy cannon for taking out enemy tanks, and APC's, as well as various other threats. The last variant is the Standard and medical APC variants, which feature no heavy cannon but instead twin .30 cal machine guns and thicker hull armor to better protect injured soldiers while they are escorted off the battlefield. Also soon to be produced is the heavy armored variant, which will feature a reactive armor which is highly resistant to RPG rounds as well as mortars. As a side note, many people who frequent my mods will notice that I do not normally construct land vehicles, but my skills have greatly improved since my last land creation, and I plan to build more.
