My entry to Mr. Xenomurphy's Superhero Contest
About this creation
So, heres my entry for Mr. Xenomurphy's Superhero Contest
Backstory: Tony Stark, long since retired had learned that his old enemy Iron Mongor had returned, but he had lost the use of his legs, so he constructed the Iron Wheelchair, fully equipped with weapons and rocket boosters. He then finds Iron Mongor and they battle on the streets
Iron Man and Iron Mongor encounter.
An 80 year old Tony, still has it in him.
Obediah Stane, also up there in the years, hence the cane.
Jet exhaust, my first time trying a technique like this.
And the building.
Lower floor, Some sort of clothing shop. (my original idea was to make it a comic book store, but i dont know how I'd pull that off)
Middle building detail.
Second floor.
A spectator checking out the scenario, the window design is original.
Road.
Door, also original. (or I've never seen it)
Helmet in the border.
Back.
The iron Wheelchair, can turn into battle mode and hand you your prescription pills with a touch of a button.

Normal mode.
The Iron Mongor, older than Tony but only needs a cane for support.
front, i couldn't find a good way to make the head so i just used this helmet.
Heavy arm guns.
Back.

Fourth wall: First of all sorry for any bad pics my camera was having a bad day. Anyway, I'm happy the way this creation turned out especially from the fact that its able to fit an a 16x16 base. My first idea was to make a fail with spider-man, but everyone was doing fails so i did a old guy MOC. Good luck to all the other entry's!

Great idea! I love how you took this opportunity to try out a few techinques. The door, the window, and the exhaust turned out pretty well for you. Nice touch with the mannequin in the window. The major win here is the concept. Of course Tony Stark would have a wheelchair that is the leading edge of technology and bristling with weapons. Well done and good luck. |
