About this creation

Well, this is very different to any car I have already made, and the proportions are slightly out... But here it is, I hope you like it :) (Sorry about the poor pictures, they were done in a rush)

I am very proud with the back of this car, I think it is the most realistic part of the whole model. This is probably because it is very easy to replicate.

I decided to make the doors only 1 wide, as I thought this is a lightweight car, and consumes a lot of parts.

The engine cover up, this is much harder to make then it looks...

The front lifted open as well.

The front, which I thought would be the easiest part, was in fact very hard, and I settled with this in the end, even though it doesn't look too much like the original.

The engine on show case, I couldn't find a fourth set of the pipes sticking out of the sides at the bottom. So I left it the way it is, with 6 instead of 8. :(

The roof took out. I am really happy with the way the windscreen turned out, I might try a Koenigsegg with that style...

The cramped interior, I know, the seats are unrealistically small! :P

Though, the seats are adjustable...

Not very clear, but the glovebox open!

The glove box closed.

All the main components took out/off the car.

The engine, again.

The engine cover.

The front.

The doors.

The tiny seats, I wouldn't want to sit on those! :)

And finally, the roof.

The whole car back together.

I was looking at the Ultima Sports Facebook page, and I found this! They have featured this model as their picture of the day!

Another great build from you. I think the photos are the only thing that lets this down (I say that with respect). Try taking some photos in more natural light (but not direct sun light). Does your camera have a 'close up' setting? It is usually depicted as a little flower symbol. Thanks for your comment on my Corvette, I have responded. |

It's really cool and definatly 5/5, but can you take some lighter and sharper pictures maybe? because I can't see the inside very good.
Sorry :) my lego is packed away at the mopment, but next time I get it out, the car will still be made, so I will try then :) |

Nice! I like how the front looks and the opening parts are good. I think the roof and windscreen should be a little higher and more to the back, but still a well done car. Does it have steering? 5/5
Thank you :) I agree with you about the roof and windscreen, and yes it steers, but because it is so low, the steering isn't very good as the body work blocks it off :( |
