I know, this is a LDD tumbler, but as soon as I can source all the pieces I shall put in a huge brick link order and get an actual model made. I have the original one lego made but it doesn't do the real thing much justice.. I'll re-use the windows and the bat pod cockpit, I'll probably transfer the sticker onto that from the original.
This took me about 10 hours to create, and as you can tell it is pretty advanced and about 90% accurate to the real thing. There are no lego rules broken, all pieces fit together properly, don't need to be glued or would be (to my knowledge) unstable. Few SNOT techniques used, as I wanted it to be as stud-less as possible!
Kind of based around the chassis design of Lego's actual tumbler, and modified.
I collected about 10 or so images off google and this is about as accurate as I could make it.
because of it's accuracy and no rules broken it's a fair bit larger than a few of the mini figure sized ones I have found on here.
Obviously a few of the pieces on it don't exist in colours, such as the gold gearsticks, so I may have to do them in yellow or get them painted the same.
I will post the LDD file when I've made it myself, so that no one steals it :-)
Anyway! I hope you enjoy this, it's my first project I've uploaded and I shall probably upload more later, so you can see what I'm capable of!
Thank you for viewing.
(Oh it's 809 pieces)
