The idea behind this MOC is that several bandits and ner'do'wells have captured/raised a couple of pigeon drakes. Now, pigeon drakes are relatively small drakes that feed on carrier pigeons and other bird-like creatures. The outlaws have trained the drakes to bring back the pigeons so that the information carried by the birds can be sold to enemies of the previous owners of the unfortunate pigeon.
