I made this set of shelves to keep my plastic boxes in. Each box slides on bracket made from outside corner trim. My collection is organized by part type. Modified plates, modified bricks, and other non-brick parts are in those 9x14 plastic boxes. Plates, bricks, slopes, and wings are in larger plastic drawers that are not pictured.

Quoting Archon Caledonia I use the exact same boxes but I like your shelf system...keeps it handy but you don't have to worry about a stack of them falling over...just hope that the radiator does not go on and you have a melt down...

Don't worry, that wall heater is disconnected at the breaker box.
