Wow your city is awesome. All the sectioned colors is what caught my attention, the colors aren't overwhelming which is great! On a side note Industrial Wind Turbines are not the power for the future. They are completely inefficient, they only run 50 days out of the year. A Texas power company put out a report that they can only rely on wind power for 11% of there power production. Besides that the MOC is awesome!

This is great, the colourful nature of the city is inspired. A lot of interesting individual buildings in there too. Glad to see that your vision of a future city is so colorful! So many show it in shades of grey! You used some of my favorite pieces like the technic flexible clear hose with the blue center! :)
