An NXT remote that uses Bluetooth to communicate. Credit goes to Daniele Benedettelli and his book "Creating Cool MINDSTORMS NXT Robots."
About this creation
The design uses two servo motors for joysticks and two touch sensors for triggers. There is no need for any rubber bands on the joysticks because the motors reset. It is programmed using Bricx Command Center (BricxCC) and NXC. The simple program works for robots such as the retail scorpion, Spike, and allows the joysticks to control speed and direction while the triggers activate up to three additional functions. The advanced program is for robots with too many motors to be controlled at once, and allows you to toggle through multiple modes by pressing both triggers at the same time.
