Project Paradise: Imperial Island
My entry for Netro's: Project Paradise contest! My paradise is my very own personal Imperial base with everything I want in it! My sig will be giving the tour also. (the first pic of him is my new sig fig design and will be using that from now on.)
About this creation

Hey everyone! Its me, J Man and today Im going to give you a tour of my Imperial Island! But first we have to wait for my shuttle pilot to get ready.

Oh here he is now! Hello cap'n!

Pilot: Hello sir, your shuttle is ready to take you down now.

J Man: Great!.......Is there something wrong?

Pilot: No its just that...you don't look yourself without your uniform on...

J Man: Oh no! I forgot to put it on this morning!

J Man: Be back in a flash!

J Man: Well now that my uniforms on and everything is looking proper, let's go!

J Man: Ahh, my private island get away! I'll give you an aerial tour as we descend and enter the landing pattern.

What you see here first is my personal game hunting forest and the building there is where a lot of the recreational activities occur and is also where all of the hunting gear is stored. It also serves as training grounds for troops, especially scouts.

We are now at the corner of the South and East wall. You can see a couple of watchtowers, the communications array, and most of the major buildings of the base.

On the left here is the turbolaser battery taken off an old star destroyer. This along with the bases two TIE fighters are more than enough to keep enemies away...or at least to scare them off. Next to it you can see the main buildings of the base which serve as the living quarters, control centers, and my personal areas. You can also see a large terrarium that is under construction that will hold my birds and smaller animals.

A better view of the communications array. That dish is very high tech and is what keeps this base hidden from non-Imperials. Also that rounded building below it is the pool house. An odd place yes but hey it works!

A better view of the turbolaser. Wouldn't want to be this close if you didn't have clearance to land....

A TIE fighter doing its routine fly bys.

This building is my personal hangar with barracks on top for the full battalion of troops that are stationed here.

The North side of the base with the generator's exhaust ports along with the northern viewing area on the wall.

And we have finally reached the landing pad, we'll be entering the landing cycle here in a second so I'll talk to you on the ground.

And we have landed! Glad you could make it down here!

J: Looky here! It's my welcoming party! Hey guys!

Everyone: Good day sir!!!

J: First, we have Commander Adra, my first in command, head of the guard, and leader of Lima Company. Also a good friend of mine who I enjoy hunting with.

Adra: We are going hunting today right?

J: Of course!

J: This is my Director of Operations, Pordel Ursua. He runs the show here and makes sure everything's running smoothly.

J: And I can't forget his trusty assistant, H3-U5

J: Hey Ursua, do you think we could get a look in the control room?

Ursua: Sure J Man, anything for you milord! C'mon, let's go!

J: Hey guys wait up for me!

J: Well here we are in the control room.

J: And as you can tell by all the guys around me, there are a lot of people at work here.

J: They work around the clock to make sure everything in the base is running smoothly and to make sure that the location of this base is not found out..

J: Those guys in the whites with the dome helmets are the control room's security guards. Very tough troops whose sole purpose is to make sure nothing happens to the guys working here. And you can also see that it isn't decorated that nicely due to its main purpose of working

J: And here comes the one they call "The Boss"

Boss: Hey who are you?!? You shouldn't be in here!

J: Im J Man, I own this base and I have every right to be here.

Boss: Ooohhh! Of COURSE you do!

J: Seeing as Im clearly not wanted here, let's go down to the hangar so I can show you my baby.

J: Here she is! The Osprey! My finest and oldest ship on the pages. I dont have much time to show off all her features and weapons so just check her out through here and you can take a gander that way.

J: But I guess I can show you one of people's favorite parts about her: the cockpit. I love how I incorporated the angles into the design to make it look so much meaner and tougher.

Ursua: Hey J, I need to go do some director of ops stuff so I'll catch ya later.

J: Alright see you!

Adra: Wasn't the Osprey one of your first Mocs ever?

J: Indeed she was! Haven't changed anything on her since.

J: Anyway you up for some hunting right now?

Adra: Sounds good to me sir!

J: Here we are in my favorite part of the base, the forest! I love to take walks through here, along with speeder biking and hunting of course! We are just outside that building I showed you during our fly by, the one with the hunting gear.

Adra: Hey J aren't you coming to hunt with me?

J: Of course I am!

Adra: Well you dont look ready to me!

J: Ahh! I forgot to change again!

J: Be back in a flash!

Adra: He always does this........

J: Ok I got my gear on, I got my gun, let's boogie!

Adra: Finally........

Scout on speeder bike: What do you mean you can't find your speeder bike?!? We're in a contained forest, where could it have possibly gone?

Adra: Hey J be quiet, I think I hear something up ahead.

J: Yeah me too, I'll watch out.

Adra: Shh, I see a beast out there...

J: Yeah I do too.

Adra: Ahh she's a big one ain't she?

J: You bet. Now its time to sight up...

J: Aannnnddd...

PEEEEEEWWWWWWWW!!!!!!

J: Yes! I got it! C'mon Commander, let's see how I did!

Adra: A clean shot to the heart, nicely done. Can't even see an entry point either. Interesting looking creature though. Haven't seen one of these things before.

J: I agree the shot was great but I dont know either.

???: Hello boys! I think I can help you answer that question!

J: Hey Doc, what are you doing out here? And what is this?

Doc: Well I was observing this here animal until I was informed you two were out here hunting, so I decided to wait for you to kill to tell you what it is.

Doc: This creature is called an Iganuad. It is an invasive species on Malastare and is considered to be a pest that has been overrunning many areas of the planet. Luckily for the people living there, the Imperials have intervened and have removed and killed almost all of the population. A lot have been sent to Imperial zoos across the galaxy and one has ended up here.

Doc: Unfortunately the rotting meat is very poisonous so you can't keep or eat it. I will dispose of it properly after doing more tests and observations.

Adra: Yeah J I will have to part with you here for today. There are still some things back at the base that I have to take care of.

J: Thats fine you guys! Let me just get a photo with the beast for my scrapbook and I'll go hit the pool!

J: Cheese! :)

J: We have finally reached my favorite place for the end of a long day: The Pool! And I remembered to change for it this time!

J: I see a few others share my views of the pool as well.

J: HEY URSUA! I thought you said you were doing director stuff?!?

Ursua: I did but H3-U5 can handle the rest. Besides, this pool is sooooo nice!

J: Ugh....Oh well. Time to jump in!

Brunette girl: Why don't you take your helmet off?

Trooper: Just be happy I took my suit off, unlike that scout over there.

Blonde girl: So wait, you're like J Man who owns this base right?

Guy: Yeeahhh... Not really.....No....

Scout: Hey whats hangin?

J: Well everyone, Im sorry we didn't get to the whole island today but I hope you enjoyed the parts that I showed you because I sure did! Anyway Im gonna go swim now so see ya next time!

Scout: Hey J could you be a guy and pass the soap?

J: ........I don't.......There is...no soap.......Im...Sorry....???

Scout: Bummer dude...

Fourth wall commentary:

Well this was a very fun build and I had been gone for most of the summer away from my legos so I put in a lot of effort into this and I think it really payed off. It was the first time I had ever posted both micro scale and SNOT work but I think both of those turned out great. I might even make a couple of those MOCs since I thought they turned out so well. Anyway Netro, I had a great time building all of these and Im sorry for the length of this. There were so many things I wanted to put in and I had such a craving to build and so thats what happened. Anyway good luck to all the other competitors! Thanks for this Netro it was a lot of fun! :)

please rate, like, or comment! I really want some input about this because I was super excited when it all came together and I want to know what you all think...good or bad! :)

Have a good one!
