About this creation

What's this? More mechwarrior? Well you really didn't think I was done yet, what with all the designs and variations to choose from. This one is modeled after the Owens Omni-mech, which is a follow up model to the Jenner.
Anyway building these is pretty fun - getting up to pretty much mini-fig size now, but still no working cockpit. I enjoy looking at the various pictures of the model and taking the best parts into my design while still retaining the overall basic form.
I do believe building these is helping with my overall mecha skills.
Bonus pic is just some mecha that have survived my sorting closet .....for now.

The whole mech's incredible, but I especially like the cockpit. That's quite the army you're building up, great work. |

Great mech. Love the weaponry and the overall compact design of the beast. The scenery set up around it is very well done too. I like the little family photo there at the end. Somehow, I hear an authoritative, robotic voice saying, "Okay, everybody bunch in! Armadillo, you're a little short there, try leaning to your left! Shadow Wolf, give him some room! Okay, everybody say, 'Cheese!'" |
