this is my six stud wide model of a William dean designed GWR aberdare they were built to haul coal from swindon to aberdare and it was not uncommon to see one coupled to a ROD tender. sadly not one of these elegant engines has been preserved.
About this creation

Allan drives away to get the goods

the cab details were a nuisance due to lack of pictures so this how I think the cab would look in real life

yes of course you guessed it! this is a ROD tender!
