Hello, people! I'm back with my first review of Breakout Part two! I'll start this review string off with Nex! He is set #6221, and has 39 pieces. He is one of the smaller sets of the series.
About this creation
So lets have a look at the 39 pieces included:
We have a Glatorian skull piece in neon green. Seen that before, but it's always a good piece to have.
Two orange feet.
Two regular sise lower limb pieces in black.
Two short lower limb pieces.
A black Hand. Kind of random...
Two regular sise upper limb pieces in light grey. An interesting colour to have. Wish we got it more...
And a narrow torso piece. Meh.
For armour pieces, we have one "Ordeal of Fire" "Engine" piece. For mechanical stuff. XD
A new shoulder armour piece in Gunmetal grey. A useful piece
Six sise 3 armour pieces. Two in white, four in orange.
The more modern mould of chest armour (with "abs") in white with orange printing.
Nex's helmet! It's a new mold, but it's reminicent of Nex's 2.0 headgear.
TECHNIC PIECES! Lot of it is not worth mentioning, but some stuff that is special are:
Nex's gun pieces. Lower half in Orange, upper half in Gunmetal grey.
Hero Cuffs. All pieced in Gunmetal grey.
A long lime green tube.
Rest of it is boring stuff. :D
Now on to the build:
There he is! Well, I must admit that I'm not impressed... maybe the back'll be better! (Keep dreaming)
And it isn't! Man, when I saw that tube moving 'round the back, I thought It'd have something on the back, but Lego tricked me!
I see what they're trying to do with the white. They were trying to be reminicent of the 2.0 figure. But I don't like about the colour scheme is that the white seems to be dominant in there. I believe that the colour that the head is in should be the dominating colour, and the other colour to be underneath the mask colour just to highlight the dominant colour. Otherwise it just looks messy. But generally, I don't like the Orange and white, I think that those colours clash.
Just a minor point here. Don't feel as strongly about this but, I'm a bit confused as to why his hand is black. Surely It'd make more sense in orange or white.
As with all of the smaller Hero sets, The cuffs are usually attached to his leg, and usually drag around on the floor. Like most people, I also suggest taking two links out. It not only avoids dragging, it also brings Villain's hands closer together when they are cuffed.
Yet another thing that I'm upset about is this weapon. It isn't that well designed, and looks like the designer added that as a last bit so he/she could be done with it. I think that could've been done a little better.
Now onto Nex's helmet. When I first saw it in the leaked images, I just thought "Really?". But it turns out the helmet looks much better in real life than it does on the packet. Although it is mearly a different version of his 2.0 helmet, it looks more solid, and it lets out a lot more personality than the origional.
Okay, so I'm gonna rate it under three different subheadings: Astethics, Build(Including designs and peice uses) and Suiting the character. Each subheading is out of five. So here's Nex's results:
Quoting Legobob [DragonMaster627]
Nicely done review man! I think the orange and white scheme is OK, it's just that Lego used too much white on the body :/ BTW, I'm back! Sorry about my in-activeness :(
'sokay, dude! Glad to have you back! :)

Great review, though the mask looks a bit to big for him. Would have been nice if it was a bit smaller.
Quoting Chronos Omega
Another nicely done review. The set itself isn't bad, but in my opinion, rather average; not a lot of unique pieces or techniques in this set. Ally he same, good review, thanks! :)
Yeah, I agree, but I've never been a big fan of that orange and white colour scheme. thanks anyway :)
